If your favorite sweater was a lamp

Lighting that envokes warmth and coziness. Tasked with batch producing 5 identical objects for a pop-up shop, I combined my knowledge of crochet with mold making, wood turning, and spot welding to create a piece that embodies the comfort one feels during the fall.

Testing various yarn gauges and making silicon molds of them.

Final process: silicone casting crochet lampshade, woodturning base, wire bending and spot welding lampshade frame, then final assembly
